We never hope anyone has to cancel, but we understand it happens.
When you book a trip, that time slot is blocked off and no one else can book that time slot.
If a trip is canceled at least 12hrs in advance you will receive a 100% refund.
4-12hrs in advance you will receive a 50% refund.

2-4hrs a 25% refund
